- Display Assembly, NSN: 5895-01-476-7777, PN: 3227416-1 DLA Land Warren intends to solicit for the following item: Display Assembly, NSN: 5895-01-476-7777, Manufacturer P/N: 3227416-1, Quantity: 52 each plus 100% option, FOB: Origin, and Packaging: Commercial/Commercial. This end item is for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. This procurement is source controlled to Raytheon Company (CAGE: 96214). There is no Technical Date Package (TDP) available for this solicitation. The TDP will only be available to the Sole Source Manufacturer. Any questions, please contact the Contract Specialist. The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at: https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to: dla.detroit.tacom.mbx.land-wrn-reverse-auction@mail.mil. The solicitation should be released to the web on or about 07 JUN 2017. See the solicitation for actual closing date. Once available, the solicitation can be downloaded from FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued.
