Evaluation Criteria: Must be VIP verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business or Veteran-Owned Small Business. If not VIP verified SDVOSB / VOSB, vendor will be considered un-responsive. No refurbished or gray material allowed. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer s warranty LPTA Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a bid to the contracting office no later than May 26, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
