- The Government recieved a clarificaiton question. Below you find the question and answer. Q. "In reviewing your "Instructions to Offerors" it is unclear to me as to the format required. Are you looking for a Technical / Price response volumes in which we address all of the requirements in the SOW - Section 3, 4, 5, and 6. Or are you looking for a less formal response where we provide the information requested noted in item # 14 in this section along with the completed table found beginning on page 8" A. " As far as your response to the RFQ, the Government did not dictate any particular format in which you are to submit your response. Please keep in mind this is an "LPTA" Solicitation. As long as the format you submit answers all the requirements of the Instructions to Offerors, the SOW, and clearly states quantity and price of each line item, any format you submit your response will be sufficient."
