- LETTERKENNY ARMY DEPOT ACCESS CONTROL APPLICATION PD ALTESS VISITOR FORM TO CHB BLDG 3N SF 30 Amendment The Mission Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, firm fixed price service contract on behalf of the PEO EIS Radford in Chambersburg, PA. Fort Belvoir has a requirement for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) of Chillers, Chilled Water Pump Variable Frequency Drives, Chilled Water Loop Chemical Treatment and Emergency Repair Services (ERS). This requirement will be set-aside for small business vendors to foster competition and encourage support in determining fair and reasonable pricing. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price to include a base and two (2) option years. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7.5million. All Bidders must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. Bidders are allowed to participate in a site visit. The following documents must be completed in order to attend: CHB ALTESS Data Center Visitor Access Request form and the Letterkenny Army Depot Access Control Application(attached). PLEASE RETURN BOTH FORMS TO ME BY 3 PM EASTERN TIME 23 May 2017 TO THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESS: COURTNEY.N.LANEY.CIV@MAIL.MIL. These forms will take 1 week to be approved. BIDDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE SITE WITHOUT AN APPROVED CHB ALTESS DATA CENTER VISITOR ACESS REQUEST FORM AND LETTERKENNY ARMY DEPOT ACCESS CONTROL APPLICATION. Site Visit will be 10 AM 1 June 2017. The Extended Closing Date on this solicitation will be 14 June 2017 10:00 AM Eastern.
