- The statement of work is intended to cover the Fleet Management Centers in the Tampa, Florida "service areas. This SOW will cover the receipt and pre-assignment preparation of new GSA IFMS Vehicles, the receipt, termination of assignment inspection, and pre-assignment preparation of vehicles to be turned in to GSA for reassignment, and the termination of assignment inspection of vehicles turned in to GSA FMC for disposal (sale). PLEASE NOTE STRICT DEADLINE - DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 3:30 PM EASTERN ON MONDAY, MAY 22, 2017. GSA contemplates the award of one or more marshaling contracts in the defined service area. Offeror must have current SAM.gov registration and provide proof of SAM.gov registration. Contractors bidding on RFQ shall hold valid shopkeeper’s insurance policy in accordance with three FAR clauses: 52.228-10, VEHICULAR AND GENERAL PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (APR 1984) ; and 52.247-21 CONTRACTOR LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE (APR 1984) ; and 52.237-2, PROTECTION OF GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, AND VEGETATION (APR 1984). Contractors shall provide proof of insurance with their response to the SOW. All facilities must have adequate secure storage for 25 to 250 vehicles as per the individual offer. *Each vendor is to self-certify that they have adequate capacity to handle the quantity of vehicles specified in their offer. All proposed facilities will be inspected as a part of the evaluation of offers by the FSR.
