- This request is an announcement for information/market research for planning purposes. This synopsis does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid nor does its issuance, in any way, restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The US Forest Services, Washington Office (WO) Acquisition Management (AQM), Information Technology (IT) Support Branch is conducting market analysis with this RFI to seek information from industry (small business concerns) to assist with the refinement, development and planning to determine the most suitable approach for acquiring and fulfilling the needs associated with a Check-in/Check-Out eSystem for the Forest Service. General Requirements: CLIN 0001 Item Number: The contractor shall provide a customized electronic Check-in/Check-Out status board software/subscription that will need to be able to manage over 30,000 employees providing hosting, software customization licenses, and remote technical support. Firms responding to this announcement shall include company name, DUNS number, cage code, point of contact, address and business size using NAICS Code 541511, Size Standard $27.5 Mil. Statement of Capabilities (SOCs), limited to 2 pages and shall demonstrate experience in providing or manufacturing of product or capability to provide products meeting the specifications listed.
