- L.3 L.2 L.1 J.7 J.6 J.5 J.4 J.3 J.2 J.1 Solicitation The purpose of this notice is to post a Solicitation for Third Party Administration (TPA) services for the Workers' Compensation Claim Processing Program (WCP) at the Hanford Site. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 524292, and the small business size standard is $32,500,000 average annual revenue over the last three years. Responsibilities for TPA of the WCP at the Hanford Site include providing workers' compensation coverage and benefits to specified Hanford Site Contractor employees in accordance with the Washington Industrial Insurance Act (WIIA), codified at Title 51 of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), and all other applicable laws and regulations. The US Department of Energy is a self-insurer for most contractors at the Hanford site. There are approximately 340 open claims that will be transferred, and there are approximately 480 claims managed through the open and close process annually pursuant to the contract.
