- Conference Room Furniture (Knoll and Trendway brands). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T-17-T-0047 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214, Office Furniture (except wood) Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,000 employees. Verification that delivery and installation by 31 August 2017 is required on all submitted bids. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure conference tables and chairs. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses. Please provide responses to this notice no later than 2 June 2017 at 12:00 PM, Central Standard Time (CST), to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. *Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications.
