- Required Component Sets Solicitation for the rental/lease of 4 Dental Trailers and 8 Optometry Sets This is a requirement to provide the rental/lease of 8 Optometry Sets, and 4 Dental Trailers, with required supply accessories. This will be a firm fixed price award set aside for total small business. The government intends to solicit this requirement on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government will exercise full independent operational use of 8 Optometry sets, and 4 Dental Trailers, providing all personnel to operate the leased equipment and all accessories assigned to the Medical Equipment Trailers. Contract asset manager shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. Trailers and optometry sets will be dropped at 4 different operating sites for the duration of 17 June - 1 July. Set up, tear down and refueling is the responsibility of the asset manager. Contractor/asset manager shall provide sufficient fuel to ensure generators can operate daily without service interruption.
