Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO-21 intends to issue a limited sources procurement action with Jackson and Coker, LLC, (V797D-30006) for the procurement of the following service: Three (3) licensed and VA credentialed Psychiatrist for four (4) months beginning June 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. NAICS Code: 621112 Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists, $11.0 Million This requirement is conducted under FAR 8.405-6 (a) (1) (I (B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. This is a notice of intent to award a limited sources procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the limited sources must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to this synopsis by 25 May 2017, 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Local Time to Tanjia Harris, Network Contracting Officer, VISN 21, 5342 Dudley Blvd, Bldg. 98, McClellan, CA 95652. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Network Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
