- Draft Solicitation for Patient Appointing Services (PAS) The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a competitive 8(a) basis. The contractor shall be required to provide non-personal Patient Appointment Services from a selected federal facility located on Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Portsmouth, Virginia to support the Enhanced Multi-Service Tidewater Market in the following locations: Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and its nine branch medical clinics; Langley Air Force Base Hospital; McDonald Army Health Clinic, its two troop medical clinics and Fort Story Health Clinic. The required services will encompass all activities needed to make appointments for eligible beneficiaries by utilizing Military Treatment Facility (MTF) provided appointing criteria. This requirement will be used to augment the capability of the MTF staff to book health care appointments. The NAICS Code for this action is 561110, Office Administrative Services. The period of performance will includes a one-year base, 01 October 2017 through 30 September 2018, with four one-year options through 30 September 2022, to include one six-month option period under FAR Clause, 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The government requests that interested parties provide comments and questions regarding the attached **DRAFT** solicitation. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions and comments should be emailed to Mr. Carlos McGough @ carlos.b.mcgough.civ@mail.mil no later than 1:00 pm central standard time on 06 June 2017. Solicitation W81K04-17-R-0014 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov). NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contracts will be awarded using best value techniques. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer in response to this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE).
