- NDA for Bidders Library BIDDERS LIBRARY SUBMISSION PROCESS AND DETAILS: In order to aid industry in properly scoping the AISS requirement, the Government has compiled workload data from the current contract. The Government will post this workload data on the AMERDEC Safe Access File Exchange (SAFE) site accessible at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/. Due to the sensitive nature of the information, interested vendors must complete and submit a copy of the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to being granted access to the data on the AMERDEC SAFE site. When the NDA is submitted, please provide the email address for the POC who will access the workload data from the AMERDEC SAFE site. Access to the files on the AMERDEC SAFE site will be limited to only those POCs whose names have been provided. The NDA and POC email address shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on 31 May 17 and should be sent by email andres.silva.6@us.af.mil., john.hofmann@us.af.mil, and thomas.jaeger.1@us.af.mil. Early submissions of the NDA and POC email address is encouraged as the bidders library documents are not expected to be available for retrieval after 2 Jun 17.
