- Synopsis: This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This does not constitute a solicitation. The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The purpose of this notice is to identify business entities capable of providing a Hettich Intrument, stock #1800-01 Centrifuge (listed below, along with salient characteristics at the end) or equal item, to the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, Veterans Health System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) identifier for this commodity is 334516 Analyticl Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. We are looking for Service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-owned small businesses (VOSB) who ARE registered and verified in Vetbiz (VetBiz) and MUST be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) and other small businesses. First to be considered is SDVOSB, then VOSB and followed by other small businesses be sure to state your business type. All responders must be able to provide a letter from the manufacturer that states your business is an authorized distributor, may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: 1.
