Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Immix Technology, Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102, an authorized reseller for the use of Tibco's Managed File Transfer (MFT) in the External Agency Cloud Environments through SSA's Enterprise Agreement with Immix. The authority for this acquisition is 'Test Program for Certain Commercial Items'. The acquisition will be a sole source as described at FAR 13.501(a). Immix Technology, Inc. is the only source known to the Government that can provide Tibco's MFT software and maintenance through SSA's Enterprise Agreement. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed price purchase order for a two-month period (6/1/17 - 7/30/17). Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
