- The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has posted its Business Forecast, Fiscal Year (FY) 2017, Mid-Year Update Work With MCC Agency Contracting and Assistance Opportunities: Contracts and assistance awards that are directly managed by MCC. These include professional services, information technology requirements, grants, cooperative agreements, and Personal Services Contractor positions to be contracted by and implemented by MCC headquarters. Many of MCC's contracting opportunities are posted on FBO.gov, while its Assistance opportunities (Grants and Cooperative Agreements) are posted on Grants.gov.
