- The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for Preparing a Cultural Exhibit at the new visitor ¿s center located at Shadehill State Park Reservoir, approximately 15 miles south of Lemmon South Dakota. The acquisition will be issued Total Small Business Set-Aside. The simplified acquisition will be issued as a Best Value, Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about June 6, 2017. The RFQ will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPS) web page at www.fbo.gov and FEDCONNECT. Send all requests via e-mail to laanderson@usbr.gov. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FedBizOps web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. FedBizOps also contains an optional automatic notification service. The product service code is B525 and the NAICS code is 712120. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Prior to any government award, a vendor must be registered in the SAM.gov website.
