Page 1 of 1 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing services, equipment, staff, and tools necessary to perform, inspect, and certify in writing, all fire alarm systems / devices. All services shall be in accordance with the most current NFPA 25, NFPA 72, NFPA 80, and NFPA 105 standards. When using NFPA 72, Chapter 14, Inspection Testing and Maintenance, contractor will include documentation of all tested devices such as but not limited to tamper switches, water flow switches, duct detectors, heat detectors, pull stations, smoke detectors, horn strobes, strobes, control panels, batteries, power supply(s), smoke and fire dampers (tested every 6 years), flow alarms, magnetic door holders, and any other device applicable to the fire alarm system at the Sheridan Health Care Systems (SHCS), 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, WY 82801. The anticipated NAICS code is: 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (Size Standard $20.5M). This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contracting Officer. Any questions should be addressed to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at the email address provided. Because this is a request for information only, answers to questions will not be posted.
