- Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) Cover Letter Submission Requirements Full Text Provisions and Clauses Physical Surveillance, Basic & Advanced PWS Combined Synopsis Solicitation for a Physical Surveillance Course The Iowa Army National Guard's Midwest Counterdrug Training Center (MCTC) wishes to procure Technical Instruction Services for a Physical Surveillance, Basic & Advanced, Course. The course will comprise of a base period running from Date of Award through 31 May 2018 that will include six (6) course iterations and three (3) option periods of 12 months per period that will each include up to eight (8) course iterations, that are dependent upon funding and need as determined by the MCTC, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. NOTE: MCTC will specify whether a Basic or Advanced course is required. Please reference attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation documents for more details.
