- Floor Plan Environmental Plan Base Access Form Exhibit F Questions Statement of Work Wage Determination solicitation This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation. The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 -11 Lynbrook Road-MAIN GATE, is requesting quotes for floor treatment and painting application of high solids, aliphatic, moisture cured polyurethane primer and topcoat coating system. This project includes completing the work in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the coating system and current industry standards. The area to be covered is approximately 7,500 sq. ft., in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-17-T-5000 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238320 and the small business size standard is $15M. This requirement falls under the Services Contract Act Wage Determination No.: 2005-4265. Please see attached Wage Determination. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); if registration has not been accomplished the web site for registration is http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 1:00PM, EST, 9 June, 2017. SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Parties interested in attending the site visit on May, 31 2017 in the CE conference room @ 10:00AM should submit their entrance access list form WF113 no later than 29 May, 2017 @ 01:00 PM to e-mail address: usaf.md.175-wg.list.msc@mail.mil. This will be the only day for a site visit. Any questions must be submitted by EXHIBIT F no later than June 2, 2017 @ 03:00PM. Government intends to make one award. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation. Period of Performance shall start June 12, 2017.
