- NIIN List The DLA Aviation - Ogden intends on releasing solicitation SPRHA2-17-R-7000 for a Performance Based Logistics contract. This acquisition will support both Air Force and DLA managed parts. The desired outcome is wheel and brake support for the F-16, A-10, E-3, C-5 and C-130 platforms. A list of stock numbers is attached to this notice. Parts applicable to this acquisition have been determined to be sole source to United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS) Landing Systems 101 Waco St Troy, OH CAGE 97153 The Government does not own the technical data required to manufacture these parts. Interested vendors/suppliers should contact UTAS for potential subcontracting opportunities. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement that will be considered by DLA and Air Force engineering/program offices.
