- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SYNOPSIS: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office, on the behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center has a need for Upgrade to Philips Patient Monitoring System. This requirement includes complete turnkey installation and integration. This is a Brand Name Only requirement for compatibility with existing Philips system. The manufacturer is Philips Healthcare. This requirement is for new equipment only; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All offerors must be authorized Philips Healthcare service distributors for the equipment. SOLICITATION: See attached solicitation VA246-17-Q-0188. This solicitation has been set-aside for service disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB). Offeror must be a certified SDVOSB (registered on VetBiz) and registered on SAM website. Quotations shall include proposed unit prices, proposed extended prices, any prompt payment discount terms, any shipping charges, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, tax identification number, DUNS number, and SDVOSB certification. The Government shall consider quotes received by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, June 5, 2017. Quotes are to be e-mailed to dori.dabbs2@va.gov.
