- Bill of Materials SOW Drawing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W912TF-17-T-0028 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is set aside for 100% Small Business. NAICS: 337214, with a Small Business Size Standard: 1000. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Furniture for Concord, NH. Quotations shall be good for 30 days. Partial proposals will not be considered. RFI Due by: 5JUN17, responses provided NLT: 7JUN17 Mandatory Site Visit date: 1JUN17 Time: 1330 Location: 1 Minuteman Way, Concord NH Note: It is the responsibility of the prospective contractor to conduct their own room measurements and develop their own design and furniture plan. This site visit will be the only opportunity to visit the site. As prescribed in 12.301(c), the Contracting Officer may insert a provision substantially as follows: Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; Prospective contractors acceptable quote shall be determined on the complete design, with the inclusion of all products listed in the excel sheet to be considered in the competitive range. (ii) price; Price analysis shall be conducted on all prospective contractors quotes for realism, historical data and catalog pricing. A standalone quote shall be provided that provides unit costs for each item listed in the government product list and CLIN structure. Additionally, Design and Installation shall be broken out IAW the CLIN structure above. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. (End of Provision) 52.219-1 -- Small Business Program Representations. As prescribed in 19.309(a)(1), insert the following provision: Small Business Program Representations (Oct 2014) (a) Definitions.
