THIS SOLICITATION IS HERBY AMENDED TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE FROM MAY 22, 2017 @ 11:59PM TO MAY 25, 2017 @ 11:59PM. No other information is changed as a result of this solicitation. See the attached Combination Synopsis Solicitation for details about procurement solicitation. In response to this RFQ please ensure the following are included in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.2121, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL ITEMS located on pages 7 through 8 in the Combo Synopsis Solicitation Document: 1. Price Quotation 2. Technical Quotation 3. Completion of Provisions with fill-ins 4. Acceptance or exceptions to RFQ terms and conditions 5. NAICS Code Please label theses sections appropriately to convey where the information resides. Failure to provide this information could result in a quotation being deemed unacceptable and therefore will not be considered for award.
