- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is conducting market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Hubzone Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), or all other SB firms capable of performing the requirements to warrant a set-aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking potential sources capable of providing a flat-panel integrated veterinary x-ray system for the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located in Cleveland, OH. Below are the salient characteristics: One (1) flat panel integrated system sedecal premium x-ray table with a 17 x 17 field of view. One (1) Acquisition Software One (1) PC (wall-mount) and monitor, and Installation and training Responses should provide the following information in response to this sources sought announcement: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Business size as it relates to the NAICS code and size standard stated in this sources sought announcement; DUNS Number; and Are instruments available on GSA, NAC, or other government contracting vehicles Responses to this notice should be emailed to Angie Carpenter at angie.carpenter@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than Friday, 26 May 2017, at 4:00PM. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS OF ANY KIND. There is no guarantee, expressed or implicit, that the market research for this acquisition will result in a particular set-aside or sole source award, or any other guarantee of award strategy. All information is to be provided on a voluntary basis at no charge to the Government.
