- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to move office furniture, remove existing roll carpet, transition strips and vinyl cove base. Install new vinyl composite tile. Building 520 is a single story building (4,000 sf) that is used as a fire department station with kitchen and sleeping quarters in Camp Parks CA. Building 370 is a two story building (14,000 sf) that is used by Soldiers and Civilians training and conducting exercises at Camp Parks, CA. Work is to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238330 with a corresponding size standard of $15,000,000.00 Solicitation W911SA-17-B-2004 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% WOSB small business set-aside. Project Magnitude is between $100,000 to %250,000. Period of Performance will be 45 days after the notice to proceed. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit dates and times will be provided in the solicitation. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for request to change the set-aside or state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation should access teh web page ( www.fbo.gov ) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Contractor will not be individually contacted when information is posted on www.fbo.gov by the Contract Specialist.
