Description
SOURCES SOUGHT DOCUMENT - 1 Mile within VAMC Oklahoma City Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 14,000 to 15,000 net usable square feet of administrative office space in the Oklahoma City area. The preferred space would be continuous on no more than one (1) floor and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for a minimum of 75 vehicles is required with handicap accessible parking. A lease with a 10-year base lease is preferred and one (1) five-year option soft term. Occupancy is required no later than September 30, 2018. Properties within a one (1) mile radius of the main medical center, VA Medical Center Oklahoma City, located at 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK will be considered. Verification of distance will be based on property addresses which reflect a one (1) mile or less distance from 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Department of Veterans Affairs is limited by law ( 40 U.S.C. 278a as amended by 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair market rental value for space.
