- DESCRIPTION: This is a Sources Sought announcement. There is no RFQ available at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Regional Office (VARO) Saint Paul intends to use the services of a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, supervision, and tools necessary to provide Amag workstations. Location: VARO, BH Whipple Federal Building, One Federal Drive, Fort Snelling, Saint Paul, MN. 55111. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR NAME BRAND ITEMS ONLY PRODUCT SCOPE: Amag Client software license PC with Windows 7 Pro OSS monitor for Amag client Network switch to expand the VA network Network cable to the new Amag workstation on 3rd floor IT area Enrollment reader to allow credentials to be enrolled at the workstation Programming to setup a separate company for the IT areas/readers VA to provide and install: Desk for workstation hardware in the IT space 120VAC power for the workstation and monitor Data base entry to populate the access levels, personnel information, etc. for the new company. Equipment List: Professional Edition V8 Client Software, 1ea. Model Number PRO-CLIENT-V8 HP 1920-24G Switch, 1ea. Model Number JG924A#ABA Amag Company setup, 1 ea. BCD Video PC with Win7 OSS, 1 ea. LED Monitor, 21.5, 1920x1080, DVI/VGA/HDMI, Commercial Grade, 1 ea. Model Number VZ-22CME Amag Omnikey 5421 USB Reader, 1 ea. Miscellaneous Parts, 1 Lot. Any interested and qualified SDVOSB are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and a letter of interest to Eural Bennett via email to eural.bennett1@va.gov. As part of your capability statement please include any current or past contracts you have been awarded or the ability to obtain sufficient proof of capability for this type of contract. Any information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. To be considered in this research, please provide the information above not later than 12:00 PM CST on May 26, 2017.
