Response Date extened adding solicitation This is a notice of intent that AFSC WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a basic year and two ordering periods for the acquisition of National Stock Number (NSN) 5985-01-149-1451, Part number N212254-2, AN/ARN-6 Antenna. Surplus is authorized. National Stock Number (NSN) is shown with part numbers and best estimated quantities as follows: NSN 5985-01-149-1451 P/N N212254-1, -2 and/or MN95A NOUN Antenna Best Estimate QUANITY/ QUANITY RANGE, EA Basic Year 4 Ordering Period I 1-2 Ordering Period II 1-4 This synopsis is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the Government, or as a Request for Proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a Statement of Capabilities to christopher.butler.2@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government whether or not to complete the instant contract based upon an assessment of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors not sufficiently addressed by the Contracting Officer. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the Contracting Officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation or selection process.
