END OF AMENDMENT ********** SITE LOCATION Latitude / Longitude: 48.01139 / -114.36444 ********** Proposals are being requested and this solicitation DTFASA-17-R-00623 is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Marc LeMay, Contracting Officer, via e-mail at marc.lemay@faa.gov FAA has a requirement for the HVAC Replacement Project at Lakeside (QLS) Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR) located near Kalispell, Montana. Performance time for the entire project is 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Primary NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15.0. This requirement is offered as a Total Small Business set aside. SITE VISIT: Site visits must be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: Russ Cleveland at 406-549-8300 or Russ.Cleveland@faa.gov no later than Tuesday May 30, 2017 at 3:00 PM MT. The site visit is scheduled for Thursday Jun 1, 2017 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Please provide Company Name, and full names of all attendees that will be attending when contacting the POC. All Requests for Information (RFI) must be emailed to the Contracting Officer (marc.lemay@faa.gov) no later than ten days prior to the close of the solicitation at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (website: www.sam.gov). All proposals must be received no later than Wednesday June 14, 2016 at 3:00 PM ET. Any responses received after the closing date and time, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. Magnitude of Construction Projects: The estimated construction price is between $90,000 and $150,000.
