- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) site intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to provide for one hundred and twenty (120) Wonderware InTouch v11.5 Runtime upgrade licenses to support the CG47 Class Integrated Ship Control (ISC) Program. The proposed contract, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under the authority of FAR 6.302, is limited to authorized Wonderware distributors due to capability requirements and acceptable part numbers. The specifications for the required licenses will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. The RFQ along with any amendments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at http://fbo.gov on or around 23 June 2017 and will close 30 days thereafter. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments through FEDBIZOPPS. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) for this acquisition will be N64498-17-T-5176. No CDs or hard copies will be provided. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/partal/public/SAM/. All questions must be submitted in writing to angela.cusati@navy.mil.
