- The Government Publishing Office installed a Stahl Case Binder in 1988. This machine has reached the end of its life. The Stahl Binding Machine needs to be replaced due to frequent breakdowns and the unavailability of parts. Newer case binding machines currently on the market can produce finished books at a higher rate of production with increased efficiencies. The advanced computer software and accurate control mechanisms significantly improve the functions of the binding equipment. Site visits shall be conducted anytime May 30 - May 2nd.
