- DRAFT PWS This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement ONLY for information/market research planning purposes. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED WITH THIS SYNOPSIS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) 377th MSG/PKA at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM, seeks potential business sources to provide: All management, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, materials, and other items necessary to ensure that laundry and dry cleaning services are performed for Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico, as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). These services will be performed for Kirtland Inn Lodging, the Gibson and Maxwell Child Development Centers (CDCs), and the 377th Medical Group. The Contractor shall accomplish all tasks to meet the requirements of the PWS and the Service Delivery Summary (SDS). Laundry services requirements include pick-up and delivery schedules are met and correct quantities of laundry are delivered. Laundry shall be delivered free of all visible dirt, debris, dampness, offensive odors, mildew, and cleansing chemicals residue. The delivered laundry shall have a uniform appearance, show no signs of damage incurred during cleaning or transportation, and shall be properly finished and packaged in accordance to the PWS. Submission Details: Requesting Capability Summary/Statements to include the following: 1. Company, name, cage code, address, point of contract, phone #, email address. 2. Identification of whether business is currently designated as a small business under NAICS Code 812320. 3. Description of relevant capability to provide services IAW the draft Performance Work Station. A brief history of the prospective business, its experience and approaches in providing the services relevant to the draft PWS requirements. The proposed contract is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320, Cleaners, dry-cleaning and laundry service (except coin-operated), and the size standard is $5.5 Million.
