- Limited Sources J&A Wage Determination List Performance Work Statement Clauses and Provisions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717Q0248 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 481219 with a size standard of $15M. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Aircraft Support-Skyvan Hours (QTY: 30/EA) **Any aircraft transitioning hours must be incorporated into the cos per hour; no separate line items will be accepted.** Period of Performance: 19-24 June 2017. SEE ATTACHED PWS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing no later than Tuesday, 30 May 2017 by 3:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Written questions shall be sent to 2d Lt Ryan Tagatac at ryan_mark.tagatac.3@us.af.mil and A1C Tianheng Luo at tianheng.luo.1@us.af.mil. NO questions will be considered after the questions due date. Questions will be addressed no later than Thursday, 1 June 2017 by 3:00 PM Arizona Local Time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Quotes will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, via email Friday, 2 June 2017, 3:00 PM, Arizona Local Time.
