- Clauses and Provisions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717Q0228 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333415 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Portable Vaccine Refrigerator The vaccine refrigerator should have a standard 110 wall outlet, a battery power option, a digital thermostat, and an internal temperature maintained between 2-8 degrees Celsius. The size of the refrigerator should be 60 liters. SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday, 31 May 2017 by 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Written questions shall be sent to 2d Lt Ryan Tagatac at ryan_mark.tagatac.3@us.af.mil and A1C Tianheng Luo at tianheng.luo.1@us.af.mil. NO questions will be considered after the questions due date. Questions will be addressed no later than Friday, 2 June 2017 by 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Quotes will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, via email Monday, 5 June 2017, 1:00 PM, Arizona Local Time.
