- Solicitation Wage Rates Statement of Work SF1442 The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Plant Materials Center (PMC) 3308 University Drive, Bismarck, ND has a requirement for replacing the roof covering (tin) and painting of three steel buildings located on site as identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete the services identified in the SOW including: Removing, discarding and replacing: existing sheet-metal roofing; ridge caps; rake trims; J trims; gutters, down spouts; insulation and existing inside and outside closures; pressure washing building walls, caulking, masking, priming and painting including all sidewalls, overheads and walk in doors. The Contractor's quote shall include all reasonable costs for permits (as applicable), labor, personnel, project oversight, contract administration, travel, transportation, storage, disposal, shipping, freight, packaging, handling, tools, equipment, consumable materials, goods, administrative expenses and profit/fee.
