Description

Single Source Justification Tora, Tora, Tora Performance SOLE SOURCE NOTICE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES Altus AFB has a need for a Tora, Tora, Tora and an experienced aviator to support the Altus Air Force Base Open House/Air Show. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services to provide static display, a media flight and airborne aircraft demonstrations. The 97th Contracting Flight intends to make award to Commemorative Air Force, Cage Code 06JG4. Any other interested parties may e-mail stephen.mangan@us.af.mil or fax to (580) 481-5138, Attn: Stephen Mangan to explain their capabilities to fulfil the requirement. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
