- This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm fixed price construction contract for Table Rocks and Gold Nugget Parking Lot Repair located in Jackson County, OR within the Medford district area of responsibility. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000, including options. The estimated performance period is from 08/07/2017 through 10/06/2017. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $15M. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum -- lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-2 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
