- In accordance with FAR 5.301 and 16.505(b)(2), this posting serves as notice of contract award and provides the published Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity required to be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Page A contract was awarded to FedStore Corporation, 1 Preserve Pkwy STE 620, Rockville, MD 20852. The contract amount is $165,037.26 for a period of 12-month period of performance. This requirement was to continue the InQuisient (formerly Enterprise Elements) subscription software licenses maintenance and support upon expiration of the current expiring Contract. Specifically this software maintenance consists of Repository Core maintenance, Standard Concurrent User maintenance, and Repository read only maintenance. This renewal of brand name InQuisient software maintenance consists of InQuisient Repository Core maintenance, InQuisient Standard Concurrent User maintenance, InQuisient Dev/Test/Prod maintenance and InQuisient Enterprise Repository (Read Only) maintenance. The InQuisient software facilitates the management and analysis of dynamic, highly interrelated data from various levels of the VA information technology enterprise architecture (EA). The uninterrupted continuance of this effort enables VA to continue to receive version updates, security patches, and help desk support.
