- Revised Attachment 5 - MAIDIQ Total Estimated Price Worksheet Revised Attachment 2 - Specific Relevant Contracts Sheet Industry Questions and Answers Amendment 3 AMENDMENT 3 - This amendment is being issued to established the following: Post Industry Questions and Answers; Provide Revised Attachment 2 - Specific Relevant Contracts Sheet; Provide Revised Attachment 5 - MAIDIQ Total Estimated Price Worksheets; and Update the Sample Task Order Performance Work Statement. ___________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date of this solicitation from 25 May 2017 at 3:00 PM EDT to 30 May 2017 at 11:00 AM EDT. ___________________________________________________________________ Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, Fort Eustis, Virginia, anticipates awarding up to three (3) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contracts with a twelve (12) month base ordering period and four one-year optional ordering periods. The Army Virtual Learning Environment (AVLE) provides virtual learning for training and education products in support of the Department of the Army. A few of the key performance outcomes are to design, develop, and deliver an extensive range of distributed learning training and education products, to develop five levels (0 through 4) of instructional multimedia (level 5 is not in the scope of this contract or subsequent task orders), design products employing innovative instructional strategies and methodologies, and to design products that support analysis, synthesis, and effective domains of learning. The definition of the five levels of instructional multimedia are: Level 0 - PowerPoint and charts; Level 1 - Practice Activities; Level 2 - Scenario Based Cues; Level 3 - 3D Modeling and Gaming and; Level 4 - Augmented and Virtual Reality. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services and the small business size standard is $27.5M. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
