- Final Questions and Answers Amendment 0005 (Modified Copy) FA857117R0011 (Conformed Copy) The purpose of amendment 0005 is to add clause 52.222-43--Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Labor Standards -- Price Adjustment (Multiple Year and Option Contracts) All amendments and the conformed copy shall be submitted with the proposal. The deadline for questions was 05 April 2017 however, the deadline was extended due to amendment 0004. No further questions will be accepted after today 24 May 2017.
