- Amendment SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR REVISIONS: Contractor shall supply two hundred twenty (225) locked security consoles to store sensitive/confidential material for RAHC and outside locations IAW PWS and Technical Exhibit A for locations. Collection of sensitive/confidential material shall be accomplished with cloth bags. Each large console shall be 36 inches high and 18 inches wide with a 32 gallon capacity. 214 large consoles. Collection of sensitive/confidential material shall be accomplished with cloth bags. Each small console shall be 26 inches high and 20 inches wide with a 13 gallon capacity. 11 small consoles. Onsite/designated site for destruction of sensitive/confidential material (shredding of sensitive/confidential material is performed in vehicle on sight of the warehouse entrance outside of Building 4300 and the parking lots of outlying areas. The location is to ensure all sensitive and confidential material is shredded and safeguarded prior to leaving each site per JCAHO/HIPPA regulations. Disposal of sensitive/confidential material shall be handled by the shredding company per JACHO/HIPPA Regulations. Certification of proof of destruction of sensitive/confidential material shall be delivered prior to departure to the COR. This may change per reduction in hospital services.
