Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB17T2022 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This is a Small Business 8(a) set aside. The NAICS is 238290 and the small business size standard is $15,000,000. CLIN Description Quantity U/M 0001 Sprung Shelter Tear Down 1 Job 0002 Contractor Manpower Reporting The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for a Sprung Shelter Tear down. The MIARNG requires the contractor to coordinate with Sprung Instand Structures LTD and tear down the shelter at Fort Custer Training Center, Augusta, MI. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement, Structure drawings, and the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for exact requirements. This requirement is firm fixed price. Pricing must be a fixed price until 9 August 2017. Offers are due at 12:00 pm, ET on 5 June 2017. Email quotes to Jacob.S.Curtiss.mil@mail.mil. Questions are due by 4:30 pm ET, 31 May 2017, and must be submitted via email. Questions will not be answered via telephone. Quotes should include price, technical approach and past performance information that is not more than three years old. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable offer. Technical and past performance will be rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offers should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
