- MICCC - Knox intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for 300 cadets and 100 cadres participating in the JROTC Cadet Leadership Camp (JCLC) 2017 to be held at Camp Beauregard, Pineville, LA. The period of performance is 30 May - 3 June, 2017. The Government anticipates award of a contract for this requirement. This is a one-time buy for USA Cadet Command, Fort Knox, Kentucky. The acquisition shall be 100% set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) eligible under WOSB program set-aside. NAICS is 722320. Size standard: $7.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Solicitation will be issued on or about 24 May, 2017 with quote due date of 25 May, 2017, 11:00 a.m. Fort Knox, KY, (Eastern) local time. Please note these dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. All quoters must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Environment (https://www.sam.gov) for CCR and ORCA data. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. Solicitation must be downloaded at the above listed website. Quoters shall email completed quote packages to carolyn.evina-wright.civ@mail.mil. Fax quote WILL NOT be accepted. All quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt (see Block 8 on the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment). Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible quoter.
