- Item Description Statement of Work (SOW) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation FA8126-17-Q-0081 Sole source firm fixed price contract for one time purchase of one (1) Bench Top Alpha FT-IR Spectromete to include: delivery, hardware, software, installation, training, verification and testing; and one (1) Assy Flip-Top Cell FT-IR (2) 850132. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8126-17-Q-0081 for a firm fixed price contract.
