- Request for Proposal, Purchase Description, and Packaging Requirements This requirement is for a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of a Spectrum Analyzer. The resultant contract will be for One (1) basic with quantity ranges of 1-15 each, and Four (4) ordering periods with quantity ranges of 1-6 each. NSN: 6625‐01‐289‐0854 RH Spectrum Analyzer P/N: A-A-59130 The Government's intent is to procure a Spectrum Analyzer that is technically acceptable. All manufacturers that meet or surpass the requirements of the Product Description (PD) may submit a quote. This is a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) item.
