- This solicitation is extended to May 30, 2017 at 2:00 pm eastern time. To clarify, this is a small business set-aside. The USDA has a requirement for cotton sample containers. Specifications are attached in the request for proposal (RFP). This is a small business set-aside. Vendors must be registered in SAM. Vendors must submit a sample container to determine it meets the technical specifications described in the RFP. Sample containers must be submitted to Roger Alldredge at 7100 W. Sunnyview Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291 before 2:00 pm eastern time May 30, 2017. Any questions regarding this requirement must be sumitted in writing to BeverlyS.Brown@ams.usda.gov and Roger Alldredge at Roger.Alldredge@ams.usda.gov. Proposals may be emailed to BeverlyS.Brown@ams.usda.gov.
