- Combined Synopsis-Solicitation The 249th Engineer Battalion's motor pool currently does not have any lighting as required by AR 190-13 and AR 190-51. Lighting must be installed to the specifications in UFC 3- 530-01 in order to meet Department of the Army standards for physical security of a unit motor pool. All interested sources are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit on 1 June 2017 at 1:00pm EST. See section 3.0 of the PWS for instructions on who to contact and how to get on base. Please note that no questions will be answered at the site visit. All questions are to be submitted via email to the contracts POC Mr. Jordan Quantock. For additional information please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to review the Performance Work Statement and directions for submission.
