- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SSC$B!>(BAtlantic), N. Charleston, SC, intends to modify existing contracts by increasing the cumulative not to exceed contract ceiling amount for multiple award contracts (MACs) N65236-15-D-4800 (Booz Allen Hamilton), N65236-15-D-4801 (CENTRA Technology, Inc.), N65236-15-D-4802 (ManTech SRS Technologies, Inc.) and N65236-15-D-4803 (Schafer Government Services, LLC) by $13,486,179.45; and to modify the task order period of performance (POP)/work completion time from 180 days to 24 months (FAR Clause 52.216-22). This modification is necessary to permit the continuity of services to meet the current and immediate future demands of SSC Atlantic in its support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) and to allow time for the solicitation, evaluation and award of a follow-on contract(s). This action is being pursued under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent to modify this MAC is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract modification action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
