- Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for Wooden Crates for Porcelain Insulators. See line item description in the SF 1449 for specifications and quantities. All quotes received must include drawings and or pictures with inside and outside dimensions in order to be considered. The solicitation is issued as unrestricted, quotes will be accepted from both small and large businesses. Quote FOB Destination to the delivery location listed. See attached pictures for details.
