Description: The purpose of this amendment is to respond to the questions that were submitted, provide the one line drawings, switchgear, relays, medium voltage transformers attachments, and revise the closing date and time. We will need in the future the existing arc flash and coordination study to evaluate the additional (40) items (has calculations upstream and downstream). Can the VA explain what type of items (the additional 40) need arc flash and coordination study performed? Response: Distribution panels, disconnects, and Bus Plugs. I can provide the last coordination study after the contract has been awarded. Circuit breakers and MCC Equipment are the only pieces of equipment on the spreadsheets sent. Will there be transformers, ATSs, relays, etc. that need to be tested? Response: Yes, transformers, ATSs, etc. will need to be tested/inspected. Attached are list of switchgear and ATSs. Please note: The closing date is being changed from May 26th, 2017, and the new closing date and time for this solicitation is May 31st, 2017.
